The Pilot School

Progress Isn't Optional. It's Inevitable.

At The Pilot School, differences are not limitations. They are pathways to discovering your child’s greatest strengths.

We believe every child holds unique talents that deserve to be recognized and nurtured. Our individualized instruction builds confidence and unlocks potential, helping students ages 5–14 strengthen skills in reading, writing, spelling, mathematics, speaking, and listening. Most importantly, we prepare them to thrive academically and personally by embracing their strengths first.

The Pilot Difference

4

Learning Differences Are Our Foundation

Every part of our school — from curriculum to classroom design — is purpose-built for students who learn differently. While most schools try to accommodate learning differences, at The Pilot School, they are the starting point.

3

Customized Learning Paths for Every Student

No one-size-fits-all instruction. Each child’s program is built around their strengths, areas of growth, and personal pace. This is true differentiation — not just flexible grouping, but truly individualized education.

2

Embedded Therapy & Support

Speech and occupational therapy are fully integrated into each student’s school day — delivered by on-site therapists who work side by side with teachers, not outsourced, not after-hours. Executive functioning support isn’t an add-on; it’s woven into every lesson and reinforced by every adult, all day long.

5

Experts, Evolving Every Day

We hire exceptional teachers who already bring deep knowledge and passion for helping students who learn differently. Then we push them even further. Through relentless professional development and a culture of curiosity, our faculty continuously grow their expertise to meet the highest standards in teaching students with learning differences.

1

Safe to Be Themselves, Every Single Day

Students are seen, heard, and valued for who they are. Pilot fosters belonging. Here, kids feel known, not labeled.

6

Celebrating Progress, Not Just Performance

Growth is measured in confidence, self-awareness, and independence, not just grades and test scores. Our students learn how they learn and build the tools to advocate for themselves.

"Instead of pitting me against my peers, Pilot emphasized my strengths and patiently worked on my weaknesses. I truly believe I could not be where I am today without their support."
